Public Notice

The Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism has reached an agreement for the purchase of a tract of land in Pratt County, Kansas. The parcel consists of 40+/- acres, more or less, described as. The NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 29, T29S., R11W in Pratt County, Kansas. The appraised value is $86,000. The total purchase price is $70,320. This tract shall be managed as part of the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism’s Isabel Wetlands Wildlife Area and will remain on the county’s tax rolls.
